Payment
Dankort / Visa Card / Master Card / Swiss / Vipps

We do not charge card fees.
(Note, however, that charges may still apply for use of card types issued outside the EU)

Prices:
All prices are stated in Danish Kroner dkk and always excl. VAT, as import VAT is paid directly on the goods from the supplier. Import VAT stands by the various products.
You only pay import VAT on the production price and not the sales price, so you save money on the purchase compared to a normal purchase.

Delivery and payment confidentiality:
When paying an order on the website, an order confirmation is automatically sent to you as a customer when we have registered your payment. We will then pack & send your order off.
Unoman.dk offers payment by credit card via the recognized and secure NETS Denmark.
We only raise the money when the order is shipped.


Freight:
All orders are delivered with UPS. We send our packages with track n trace no which is insured. Orders are packaged and shipped within 2 business days after payment is registered and payment is received if the goods are in stock. We only raise the money when the goods are shipped.
Our shipping company / factory has a delivery time of typically 3-4 days when delivery can be expected. But there may be unforeseen delays from the freight company / factory's side.

Delivery to the door - Then we send the package home to your doorstep. If you are not at home when the freight company comes, they put a note in the mailbox where they tell that they will try again a few hours later.

warranty
The law on deficiencies may apply to purchases of goods.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have the 24 months warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or refusal of the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.

You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) freight costs. The product must always be sent back in proper packaging and remember to get a receipt for shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Right of Cancellation
As a consumer, an extended right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline will run from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline implies that you have 30 days from receipt to let us know that you will undo your purchase. You can send an email to re@ unoman.dk or use the standard withdrawal form that you find at the bottom of the trading terms.

You cannot undo the purchase by refusing to receive the item without giving us notice at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items with us, you have the option of returning one or more goods, even if they are purchased in one order.
Please note that we will pay shipping costs if you return the goods.

Return
Once you have notified us that you would like to cancel your purchase, you will have 14 days to return the item to us.

Please note that should you choose to use the forwarded packing label, you will be liable if any damage occurs during transport. It is purely a service we offer - so our customers get the cheapest possible freight.
If you send back with other freight it is of course also your own responsibility, but here you also have to pay for the package to be returned.


The item's condition when you return it
0.-14. day: If the item has lost value, and it is because you have used it differently than was necessary to determine the nature of the goods, properties and the way it works, you can only get a portion of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the merchandise's commercial value, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the freight costs back. We recommend that you return the product in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may result in an impairment of the item.

15.-30. day: The product must be returned in the same condition and quantity as for purchase.

Repayment of purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount that you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, no extra delivery costs will apply in cases where you have chosen a different delivery form than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer) no later than XNUM days from the day we has received your message that you will cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money with the same payment method that you used at the time of the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the goods, unless you send us documentation to have returned it.

We also provide an opportunity for exchange at incorrect sizes / colors, should this be desired. To obtain this right of exchange, the goods / products must be returned in the same condition and quantity, with original labels intact and without being used. The prerequisite for such an exchange is that when you contact us, you specify the size / color you want instead. If the exchange right cannot be met, you have the opportunity to use the right of withdrawal within 30 days from the receipt of the goods.

Privacy Policy
We need the following information when shopping with us:
Name, address, telephone number and email address.
We record and pass on the personal information necessary to deliver the item to you.

The personal information is registered with Unoman ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

The data controller at unoman.dk is Unoman ApS.

You have the right to know what information we are dealing with about you.
If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are required to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we should use it. You can also contact us if you believe your personal data is being processed in violation of the law.
